About Quillon Metrics

Quillon started in 2019 because three people kept rebuilding the same funnel query in three different tools and getting three different numbers. It is now used by about 1,900 product teams. The design rule has not changed: every number on every chart has a definition one click away, written in words rather than SQL, so an argument about a metric ends with a link instead of a meeting.

How the desk works

Open conversations with their id, state and the next thing that happens. Anyone can look one up with its id and the email it belongs to; signed in, you just see your own.

A conversation is looked up by its conversation id together with the email it belongs to — both, always. A signed-in visitor skips that: the assistant reads their own conversations from their identity and never asks for an address it has already been given.

This is a demonstration

The Intercom connection is on the roadmap, not in production — this page shows the assistant half of it working against seeded conversations so you can judge the experience before the connector exists. Nothing written here reaches a real system.
